Guts & Glory: Live Lit for the Lionhearted

Two notable live lit performers team up to bring a new literary experience to Chicago. Monthly line-ups of the city's boldest, most bad-ass storytellers sharing true-life tales that strike at the nerve of the human experience. Also, it raises money for puppies (One Tail at a Time) and children (826CHI). The show is produced by Samantha Irby, famed author of the Bitches Gotta Eat blog, and Keith Ecker, the producer of the long-running Essay Fiesta showcase. Future shows will take place on the third Wednesday of every month. Keeping in line with the show's theme, Sam and Keith are welcoming some of Chicago's boldest storytellers on Nov. 21: Real Talk Live producer J.W.
