Private Romeo

After eight cadets are left behind at an isolated military high school, the greatest romantic drama ever written seeps out of literature and permeates their lives. Two male cadets soon find passion brewing between them, and come together despite the odds in this suspenseful, sensual, and richly imaginative film. Incorporating original text from Romeo and Juliet, YouTube videos, and lip-synched Indie rock music, Private Romeo reinvigorates a timeless story with the struggles, passions, and biases of today. Characters are quickly revealed as their Shakespearian counterparts, rivaling cliques emerge at the dueling houses, and star-crossed lovers embrace for a first kiss that leaves them (and audiences) longing for more.
