Saturday, March 6, 2010 - The 4th annual burlesque event, Chicago Takes Off, "TV LAND: Outside the Box," to benefit Test Positive Aware Network (TPAN) was produced by Keith Elliott and Todd Kiech and featured more than 130 volunteer performers and technical crew members, plus 25 committee members.
