A 25-year-old man, who was possibly drugged, told Chicago police he was raped after attending a private party at a Boystown bar over the weekend, reported the Lakeview Patch.
According to a police report, the victim attended a Jan. 11 private party at Sidetrack, 3349 N. Halsted St., where he meet the offender, who is a 27-year-old man living in the 800 block of Cornelia Avenue.
The victim woke up the next morning nude in a strange bed where the offender was on top of him. He left the apartment and went to Northwestern Memorial Hospital for a rape examination.
The Lakeview Patch reported that as of Jan. 14 the victim was unsure if he planned to pursue charges against the alleged offender.
