Tue. November 15, 2011 3:26 PM by GoPride.com News Staff

Chicago, IL - A senior at the University of Chicago, Christopher Hoover is currently conducting research about the experiences of people who engaged in same-sex relationships in college, but who are/have been in an opposite-sex relationship since graduating. By the end of the project, he hopes to shed more light on the ways in which sexual orientation might change over the life course, and how others perceive that change.

At this time, he is seeking bisexual and heterosexual/straight men and women who are interested in sharing their experiences about college and beyond. Volunteers will participate in a 1-hour interview, which will touch on topics such as college life, lesbian/gay communities, and past and present interpersonal relationships (such as friendships, family, and romantic relationships). All interviews and personal, identifying information will be kept confidential. No names will be used in the project's final analysis.

If you are between the ages of 22-37 and would like to participate in this study (or if you know someone who may be interested in participating), please feel free to directly contact Christopher Hoover at crhoover@uchicago.edu. Or, you may contact him if you would like further information about this project.
