Fulton Market Kitchen, at 311 N. Sangamon Street, has returned with a vengeance from a break with a new focus on the dining room and some fresh faces, safely behind masks, on the staff. After having attended many events held in the vibrant space over the years, such as the Chicago Latino Film Festival opening party, it was interesting to see how the place has pivoted because of the pandemic.
No longer allowed to have those crowded gatherings, FMK has adapted to the times with a reimagined menu full of contemporary cuisine that will have diners begging for more in a relaxed atmosphere.
