He has been a resident of Lakeview for the past 20+ years. Salvatore Traina, Executive Chef has 20 years of restaurant experience at fine dining restaurants in Chicago, Peoria, and Philadelphia, including places such as Bin 36, Amano and La Dolce Vita.
