Toilet Paper Bingo - A Vital Bridges Benefit
Toilet Paper Bingo a fun, energetic game and yet an amazingly interesting way to help the Chicago HIV/AIDS Food Pantry, Vital Bridges-Groceryland. Attendees are asked to donate packages of toilet paper, and play BINGO and have the opportunity to win some great prizes. With state budget cuts, most HIV/AIDS agencies are struggling to meet client needs, in all aspects of services offered. Toilet Paper is one of those needs, and this is your opportunity to help, and yet have fun at the same time. The event hosted by the one and only Frida Lay and organized by Pedro Robles - who happens to be celebrating his 52nd Birthday. Mr. Robles envisioned a different way to celebrate this milestone of his life. This event serves two purposes, birthday recognition and providing much needed assistan birthday recognition and providing much needed assistance to an organization that has served the community for over 15 years. The BINGO will be held at Charlie's 3726 N. Broadway in Chicago, with the first game starting at 11:00 pm - some great prizes have been gathered and local merchants have gladly donated Raffle Prizes, to raise additional funds. Attendees have the option of bringing packages of toilet paper or making a monetary donation to the pantry. With no cover charge [well just the toilet paper, per se], and $2.00 Well Drinks ALL NIGHT, there is no reason to stay home on this Monday Night. Call your friends and play BINGO for a cause! Persons unable to attend can mail their donation to Vital Bridges-Northside 5543 N Broadway Chicago, IL 606040 - please annotate in the 'memo section' Pedro Toilet Paper. Event organizer Pedro asks that you email your friends, spread the word- so we might reach a broader audience and thus exceed the expectations of this event..
