Sacred Loving Tantra For Women

I've started this group so we may start to build a supportive, nurturing circle of women who hold space for mutual growth and transformation. Though this event is geared towards women who love women, all women are welcome. This monthly group is a great way to learn and practice Tantra. I will lead the group through exercises focused on Tantric breath, compassionate communication, healing, and nurturing touch. The focus of this practice group is basic breath practice, the healing aspects of Tantra, and being nurturing and supportive of one another. $20 per person. 6:30P - 9P Space is limited so please update RSVPs! This meetup is through my practice Lotus Healing Bodywork and we will be meeting in my healing space. A bit about me: I’ve been a Tantra practitioner for eight years, a yoga practitioner for two. I've studied primarily with Evelena Rose of LoveJourney, Dr. Elsbeth Meuth and Freddie Zental of TantraNova. I'm also a licensed massage therapist, and an alumnus of the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana Counseling Center Paraprofessional Program.
