The Dyke Delicious screening series that ran for many years at Chicago Filmmakers makes a welcome come-back for Reeling’s 40th anniversary edition. The four programs in the series are curated by Dyke Delicious founder Sharon Zurek. In this program of touching shorts, characters seek out affirmation and acceptance–at grandma’s birthday party, in mass media, in the stars, at school, and even after death.
