Frank Lloyd Wright’s $10,000 Home, written by Robert Hartnett, launches with a community celebration at the Emil Bach House in Chicago’s Roger’s Park. The evening will offer distinctive architectural tours of Wright’s innovatively designed ‘$10,000 Home,’ in addition to hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and book signings by the author. “Author Bob Hartnett reminds us of Frank Lloyd Wright’s influence on our world and how architectural restoration can positively impact a neighborhood and contribute to the health of a community,” said Jennifer N. Pritzker, Colonel (IL) ARNG (Retired) and current owner of the Emil Bach House. “We are honored to publish this important title to our imprint, Master Wings Publishing.” Free. No RSVP required. The event is open to the community.
