Illinois LGBTQ Forum: The Democratic Candidates for Governor

At the "Illinois LGBTQ Forum: The Democratic Candidates for Governor", lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer Illinoisans will have the unique opportunity to hear directly from the Democratic candidates for governor about the issues that impact our lives. Seating 5:00 PM- 5:50 PM Forum 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM The event is organized by Affinity Community Services, ALMA Chicago, Equality Illinois Institute, and Pride Action Tank. Co-hosts includes: AIDS Foundation of Chicago, CALOR, Chicago Black Gay Men's Caucus, Howard Brown Health, HRC Chicago, LGBT Chamber of Commerce of Illinois, Peoria Proud, Phoenix Center, Prairie Pride Coalition, Rainbow Cafe LGBT Youth Center, South Side Help Center, Wpt Cares, and ALPHAS of the Quad Cities. The announced Democratic candidates who have confirmed their participation are State Senator Daniel Biss,anti-violence activist Tio Hardiman, Madison County Regional Superintendent of Schools Bob Daiber and businessmen JB Pritzker and Chris Kennedy.
