The 21st Annual Northalsted Halloween Parade, one of the 10 Best Halloween Celebrations in the US, is free for spectators and participants. Enter the costume contest to win great prizes. Starting off with an annual Chicago Thriller dance flash mob, the parade heads north on Halsted to Cornelia where sassy drag queens judge contestants in four categories: Theme, Group, Drag & Scariest. Spectators get a carnival of sights and colorful spectacle.
