Terri Michaels is an icon in Chicago's transgender community. There will be an event is to help assist with her medical bills. Angelique Munro hosts the entertaining and absolutely fantastic drag revue Diva at Atmosphere twice a month with DJ David. There will be a special show "Sisters Are Doin' It! A Benefit for Terri Michaels" on Sunday, June 22 at Atmosphere, 5355 N. Clark St., to benefit Michaels. It will feature an all-star cast of Chicago's legendary drag performers, including Munro, Michaels, Marilyn Black, Monique Moyet, Chocolate Kisses, Faye Runaway, Natasha Douglas and special guest Circuit Mom. The entire cast and DJ will be donating their tips to help the cause. There is a suggested donation of $5 as well as fabulous raffle prizes.
