Sidetrack hosted the first ever "Men of Fred" Casting Party and Fundraiser this past Saturday, an event aimed at celebrating the work of local nonprofit Fred Says, raising awareness around the lives of HIV+ teens and casting 12 men for the organization's first annual calendar. Guests enjoyed drinks and food while pin-up hopefuls strutted their stuff on stage and responded to interview questions delivered by host Cyon Flare.

The Legacy Project luncheon at the Palmer House Hilton offered a first look at the 2013 candidates for induction to the Legacy Walk along North Halsted Street in Lakeview. Aaron Jackson, the straight ally who purchased the house across from Westboro Baptist Church and painted it the colors of the gay rainbow flag, served as the keynote speaker. Sean Lewis of WGN-TV hosted the annual event. ChicagoPride.com was a proud media sponsor.
