Los Angeles, CA — A major cable network is casting a new series that pushes the edge and takes a bold perspective on the modern dating scene. The show aims to explore what people really need to stay happy and healthy.

The typical half-hour show, whose title is currently under wraps, is broken up in fifteen-minute segments highlighting a potential love connection and depicts a single woman who goes on a date with promising matches, who may be male or female.

Casting director Leyna Ambron tells PrideLA.com that the show is "looking for a confident, empowered women" who are "powerful, driven and motivated" with an "with equal attraction to men and women."

According to the show's casting announcement, the show's producers are searching for modern women who break the mold when it comes to dating. "They don't pick their partners based on gender, don't run from their sexuality, and go for what they want with no reservations."

The announcement continues, "with the help of your friends, we will scour the town to find you a wide selection of "no strings attached" suitors for you to put to the test and decide who fulfils your unique needs."

"Are you a sexually liberated single woman who is unapologetic about her love life?"

"Does your list of dating criteria not include gender?

"While searching for Mr/Ms Right, do you take advantage of Mr/Ms Right now?
