Chicago, IL —
The story of a Boystown-area bar banning female customers after 11 p.m. became the topic of discussion Monday on Chelsea Handler's show.
In a Huffington Post report by Joseph Erbentraut
, which was also published
on ChicagoPride.com last week, it was revealed the Illinois Department of Human Rights was investigating Wang's for their "men only after 11 p.m." policy.
"So they want wangs only after 11," Handler joked on Chelsea Lately
airing Monday on E! The roundtable then took on the subject.
Wang's, located at 3317 N. Broadway just off the main Halsted St. strip of Boystown, is attached to Wakamono, the sushi restaurant next door. Both are owned by Henry Chang, who also owns the popular hotspot pingpong
located across the street.
The bar's management has denied that it discriminates against women. Watch the Video on the Huffington Post
