Philadelphia, PA — Breaking Glass Pictures has announced the February 28, DVD release of Third Rail Media's Kink Crusaders, an in-depth look at the spectrum of race, gender and sexuality that makes up today's diverse kink scene.

Kink Crusaders, takes viewers behind the scenes at the 30th Annual International Mr. Leather competition, where men from around the world gathered to compete for the title of Mr. International Leather. Once a small niche community that was ostracized by critics as a carnival of sexual fetishes, the diverse participants of Mr. Leather have brought leather into the mainstream.

As it delves into the lives and aspirations of its contestants and spectators with humor, tasteful eroticism, and pathos, it reveals a group of people for whom spiritual connection, openness, and understanding are the true definition of masculinity.

Director Mike Skiff takes audiences on an explorative journey through the world of Kink, showing the very real side of a shunned practice. Through interviews with the creator of the festival, competitors, and onlookers, light is shed on a world one may never consider.

Kink Crusaders, has been featured in numerous festivals around the world, winning Best Documentary at Cinekink and Gay Film Festival UK, and the Bronze Palm Award at Mexico International Film Festival.  It was screened at Philadelphia's QFest, Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival, and the Vancouver Queer Film Festival.

The DVD release will come loaded with special features including extended interviews with men and women of the International Mr. Leather conference, as and a featurette on "The Top 20 Jockstrap Competition".
