I enjoy reading, TV, going to the movies, spending time outside,eating a restaurants that are new to me, exploring the endless possibilities that this city has to offer.

I'm not opposed to a night or two out at the bars, but I spent a good portion of my 20's there and have come to discover there's a LOT more to this city and being gay than Halsted Street. I am also not opposed to a night in having dinner, watching TV, or playing games.

Pretty Mainstream Pop: Madonna, Ben Folds, Robyn, The Footloose Soundtrack, some showtunes, Kelly Clarkson, John Mayer, DMB, Rusted Root, Michael Jackson, George Michael, Prince, Scissor Sisters - etc.

Favorite food
I've become SO much less of a picky eater in the last few years- I mostly like meat and potatoes, but I can usually find something on any menu to try.

TV is for rotting my brain when there is nothing to do: Gossip Girl, 90210, How I Met Your Mother, The Office, 30 Rock, Jersey Shore, Modern Family.

I'm a Chicagoland native: born and raised in the burbs, and now I live in the city. I have a steady job that I have been at for almost 10 years and I have my own place and live alone in E. Lakeview.

Time to start dating again....:)

I'm a fun-loving professional guy who has a sometimes demanding job. That being said, I am always willing to make time for the important people in my life- mainly my family. Whether that's my biological family, or the family I have amongst my friends. I'm fiercely loyal, honest, trusting, and simply expect nothing less in return. I'm over "looking" for a relationship, but I'm also not looking to just get off. I've been in Lakeview a little over a year and just looking to meet people in the area to spend time with. We'll see where it goes from there.

Turn-ons: In general: Sense of humor, loyalty, and honesty. Physically: my size or smaller, eyes and smile.

Turn-offs: I'm most certainly irritated with people who aren't willing to go a little bit outside their 'ideal' when it especially when comes to physical criteria to possibly meet someone who could be more than you hoped for. Yeah, yeah- I know physical attraction is important...but I'd take someone who can make me laugh anyday over just another pretty face.
