Looking to meet new people, make friends, possible more.

I've lived in Chicago for the past several years and really enjoy the city. I think I have a pretty good sense of humor, able to laugh at myself, loyal, a bit sensitive, and most of all honest and sincere. I have a loving family who accepts me for who I am and I think that's great. I like spending a few hours at a coffee house with a good book, but am also pretty active. I enjoy bicycling, walking along the lakeshore and Chicago's beautiful parks, going to the gym for exercise. I started a little bit of weight training this past fall and actually like it and find the exercise relaxing. I finished grad school last year and now work as a professional librarian. I know I might be a little bit of a geek sometimes, but I do love libraries and the importance they hold for a community.

I'm interested in meeting new people, making new friends, and possibly finding someone special. I enjoy eating my way around the abundance of tasty restaurants and exploring neighborhoods, so someone who wants to explore Chicago with with would be a great match.
