Trio, one of the top restaurants in the country, has a new look and a new twist on French food. The restaurant has reopened with a new casual look and a new chef as Trio Atelier. Henry Adaniya has appointed Dale Levitski as the new executive chef and Mary McMahon as pastry chef. Most recently Levitski was chef at La Tache in the Andersonville.
