Outstanding facility with courteous staff and many good programmes. Vistors day pass is $2o.oo, but for top value a weekkly pass is best.

Three spacious well-lit/equipped adjoining weight rooms with plenty of high quality life-fitness machines in one, exercise bikes etc and free weights etc in others. Fine climbing wall ; nice indoor lap pool with adjacent Jacuzzi (mixed) ; roomy changing facilities replete with mid-size steam/dry saunas and tall lockers. Close to Northwestern with very hot guys working out here, but this is def' a "professional" scene where focus and discretion count ~:) Very highly recommended !
