Chicago Public Schools Fundraiser at Scarlet

Join Scarlet and School teacher by day/Host by night, Mike Kosko as they raise needed funds Chicago Public Schools!

According to the National Education Association, a teachers union, 30% of all new teachers quit within the first three years, 50% are likely to quit within the first five years.

One of the main reasons why teachers quit is money, not students. Teachers receive only $100 to spend on their students for an entire year. A market research group study reported that a whopping 77% of teachers report spending up to $500 of their own paychecks to make up for the shortfall. 12% percent say they’ve spent $1,000 or more.

Make A Difference donation and help relieve some of the financial pressure on our city's teachers. $10 will support a student for a semester, $20 for an entire year.
