GET NETWORKING at First Friday Networking Social
Join Equality Illinois PAC on Friday, June 1 for this super-popular monthly social! This time around we are partnering with Proud to Run.
Proud To Run 2012, presented with Frontrunners/Frontwalkers Chicago, Chicago's LGBT running and walking club, is a 10K run and a 5K run/walk that celebrates lesbian and gay pride. This year, they will be raising funds for Gerber/Hart library and Pride Youth. Gerber/Hart Library is a lesbian and gay library, archives and cultural center, dedicated to meeting the information needs of its unique community in a safe atmosphere that promotes research, exploration and discovery. The mission of the Pride Youth Program of LINKS - North Shore Health Service - is to empower young people to take responsibility for their health, well-being, and sexuality through prevention and education. Come join them for the healthiest thing you can do over Pride Weekend! Saturday, June 23, 2012 @ Montrose Harbor, 8:04 AM start. Visit www.proudtorun.org for more info!
