New Year Medicine (Part 1)
This may not quite be the medicine you thought it was, but not all remedies come in a bottle! New Year Medicine is the first part to an amazing routine that utilizes a medicine ball! Today you will be tearing up your lower body with 5 super intense moves! Be sure to practice proper form and use the right size medicine ball for you!
"Strap On"- Increase Grip Strength While Adding T
This workout is going to hurt you in places you never thought possible! Your forearms will want to explode and your back and shoulders will rip and tear to the point of tears. In short, you will LOVE IT! Just pick up a pair of wrist straps and get to it. You will thank me later!
Bicep Blaster Workout 1
Do you have stubborn biceps? Sometimes all it takes is a MASSIVE shock to get them on track again! This routine is very intense so do not take the 2-4 set range lightly! Work at your own pace, utilize proper form, breathe, drink water and be ready for a week of sore biceps!

This routine will focus on your overall muscular endurance and functionality and really burn up some extra calories as well! Now let’s get started!
