It would be nice to join a kickball team too...reminds me of my childhood days of playing out on the streets all day, getting dirty and having fun. Those were the some blissful and carefree days.
There was one day I remember when my siblings and street pals are running around playing hide n seek. I was running so fast and wasn't paying attention and I slammed myself on a web of aluminum wiring, wrapped on a bay. I thought I could run through and didn't notice the wires...I wasn't looking.

Illinois will begin using photo radar in freeway work zones starting in July. Beginning in July the State of Illinois will use speed cameras in areas designate as "Work Zones" on major freeways. ANYONE CAUGHT BY THESE DEVICES WILL BE MAILED $375.00 TICKET FOR THE FIRST OFFENSE. SECOND OFFENSES WILL COST $1000.00 AND COMES WITH A 90-DAY LICENSE SUSPENSION.
Drivers will also receive demerit points againsts their licenses, which allows insurance companies to raise their rates. this represents the harshest penalty structure yet for a city or state using photo enforncement, The state will begin with two camera vans issuing tickets in work zones with speed limits lowered to 45 MPH.

Before Virginia Tech, seven killed on California campus due to homophobia
In the wake of the Virginia Tech massacre on Monday, memories of a shooting at a college campus in California that was sparked by homophobia resurfaced. that where a janitor murdered seven people 30 years ago due to a fear that gay men were trying to kill him. On July 12, 1976, Edward Allaway killed seven and injured two when he shot his co-workers at the California State University, Fullerton, library, reports the Associated Press.
Allaway told authorities that the shooting spree was motivated by his colleagues taunting him about his belief that pornographic movies were being filmed on campus and that gay men were meeting in the library for sexual encounters and were devising a plan to murder him. In 1988 a judge declared Allaway innocent by reason of insanity. (The Advocate)

No offense to Advocate and the guys that were killed but I think this is an example of what some of us are trying to say sometimes..."it's not all about gay people."
I didn't even know this happened and I feel sad that it happened. I also feel angry because homophobia was the cause of this. But let's not be so eccentric that we have to direct the attention towards us especially when others need it the most.

Summer is coming and pride days are almost here. I miss SF Pride. It has been the biggest pride I have ever been. It's nice how the city practically closes its street just for this event.Pictures btw are from last year's pride. If you have not checked it out...better do it. No...you don't have to attend those huge circuit party events to enjoy it.
For the past SF pride I have attended...I've seen Danny Glover, Martha Wash..walsh..something, Jocelyn Enriquez, and some other washed up 80s and 90s celebrities..muahahaha..I so meanniie.
