Wednesday Night Magic w/ Cashetta
Save the best for last maybe? Drag magician, Cashetta, is the last queen on the roster for Hydrate's P-town tour. She'll be appearing at The Lakeshore Theater this Wednesday, possibly out of thin air...who knows?...I recently chatted with the Fort Lauderdale performer about her Wednesday night show...here's what she had to say:
(Justin) What do you have in store for the Cashetta show?
(Cashetta) Lot's of magic and mayhem! My show is very heavy on audience participation so you just never know what to expect. That's where the real magic happens. But everyone should most importantly expect to have a lot of FUN!
(J) You're the final performer on Hydrate's P-Town tour, did they save the best for last?
(C) We are all so totally different that it would be impossible to compare us. Miss Richfield 1981 is a dear friend of mine and I've known and worked with Hedda Lettuce for years. We thought getting the magic closer to Halloween made more sense.
(J) Have you ever visited Chi-town before?
(B) Only once and I just loved it! I was a part of Wigstock Chicago but only on for about 5 minutes. I'm really excited to bring my comedy magic act to town and hope to become a regular fixture on the Chi-town circuit!
Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres begin at 5:30 as part of The Big Gay Cocktail Club, show starts at 7:00.
