Spartacus 2.0 "Official Workout!" (Home & Gym)




The Men’s Health Spartacus “Blood and Sand” routine was such a hit that I just had to demonstrate for you the next installment.  This routine will rip you apart from head to toe and leave you wanting more!  This routine can be completed in under an hour and you can do it ANYWHERE!  Let’s

This workout is going to hurt you in places you never thought possible!  Your forearms will want to explode and your back and shoulders will rip and tear to the point of tears.  In short, you will LOVE IT!  Just pick up a pair of wrist straps and get to it.  You will thank me
