Are you embarrassed by your non-ability to jump?
Many of us don’t find ourselves in daily situations where jumping is required thus our overall vertical leap may not be very high. Whether you are training for a sport or not, this video will teach you the basics to increase your overall vertical jump! Just like anything else, you will need to build a strong foundation around body function, strength and endurance. Although this video is not geared toward your MAXIMUM vertical jump, it will increase your ability to be able to jump higher repetitively.
Increasing your MAXIMUM vertical jump is a very different way of training which we will tackle in the future.

Today Sean has decided to test my cardio endurance & ball handling skills. Soccer players must be able to sprint short distances and also have the endurance to be able to run for an entire match.
