Closing arguments were made in the landmark Proposition 8 case yesterday in California, where not just the future of marriage equality but gay rights hang in the balance.
Even though the judge in the case is a gay, and the haters' lawyers argued the case poorly, nobody knows for sure how it's going to turn out.
A highlight of the closing arguments is the Attorney Charles Cooper ridiculous assertion that keeping same sex couples from marrying and having children was essential for the "survival of the human race."

Chicago DJ and Gay Porn Star Sought for Murder
Jason Andrews, known to many in Chicago as DJ Veritas or as Addison on the popular gay porn site, Sean Cody, was questioned in the murder of Dennis 'Scooter' Abrahamsen, 41, in New Port Richie in Florida.
The murder victim was found face down on a massage table with his head crushed and stab wounds in his back. A sheriff's report said that about $6,000 had been taken from his home, as well as a laptop computer, a video camera, a digital camera and a Home Depot credit card, which was later used by Andrews.
Andrews was questioned but released on May 19. At the time they didn't have enough evidence to charge him, but now they feel that they do.

Mark Kirk Outed
Congressman Mark Kirk has been outed by the very credible Mike Rogers, who was the subject of the documentary film Outrage! which exposed the hypocrisy of closeted gay politicians.
In a recent blog post, Rogers details Kirk's own admission to him years ago that he was interested in men. He also cites five former lovers of Kirk who could provide detailed intimate knowledge of Kirk's anatomy.
