PUMPING IRON AND GETTING BUFF!!!
IVE BEEN ON MY MISSION TO LOSE WEIGHT, GAIN MUSCLE AND BECOME MORE FIT OVERALL.
Ive been going to the gym 5 times a week, and sweating "la gota gorda"
So far its been pretty good, Ive gained alot of energy and my mood has been really positive and it seems like I am always happy, Its just like in the movie "Legally Blonde" when Reese Whitherspoon said that endorphines create the happy feeling that many people who excersice have.
I havent noticed any BIG BIG differences, yes my pants are abit looser, and my shirts fit a lil looser as well, but I dont feel a difference that I can trully hightlight
My muscles are constantlly sore, but I like the constant reminder that I need to buff up and be healthy.
I had my first personal training session yesterday and I was sooo exhasted. My trainer's name is Benny and he is a really cool guy, a bit too "careless with his attitude" but overall he made me work it.
My arms and legs are sore-sore, and my abs hurt(or should I say my "fLABS")
I feel good though, I want to be physically fit by the end of June, and continously work more and more on my body to the point of becoming a body builder, part of me is knocked out with the reality that I might never become a body builder, but the other part of me tells me that anything is possible and if I have the support, and I really really really try I can soooo become a muscle man.
