No Swine Flu for this Mexican
I have been in Mexico City for three weeks and somehow managed to leave the city with a cough or a headache.
I take that back.
Traveling with the kids is bound to give you a headache!
Never the less, I feel that the media had a field day with this, giving Mexicans another bad wrap!
It's a shame, but all I can do is stand proud to be a Mexican and say that if you're planning on traveling to Mexico, just be safe about the situation at hand and wash your hands.
It's pretty basic stuff. I remember SARS was not such as much a "show" as the Swine Flu..and they did't have treatment!
Keep things in prespective people! Masks are not really needed, but when the influenza first broke out and people did not know what they were dealing with..it was mayhem in a ghost town kind of way!

I have never laughed so hard!
Reports are now surfacing that Kelly Rowland once tried to leave Destiny’s Child but Beyonce talked her out of it. Apparently, Kelly had enough of Beyonce’s diva ways and wanted out, but Beyonce satthe three girls down as a group and maturally discussed Kelly’s departure. Her pep talk ultimately convinced Kelly to stay with the group. The best part is that Beyonce filmed the group discussion for a Destiny’s Child documentary that was suppose to be released as a bonus DVD with their last album but never saw the light of day… UNTIL NOW! Watch this clip of an emotional Beyonce convincing Kelly that the group would never be the same without her. Gave me warm fuzzy’s inside. LOL!!
