OMG - It's starting to hit me!

I have always been a city boy! I was born in Mexico City, but was mostly raised in Chicago since I was five. Although I spent a year abroad in Madrid, the only rural setting I have ever really known was when I moved to Ohio in 1993 to attend the College of Wooster in Ohio.

Kenosha, WI is NOT that far, however, I am closing another chapter in my life. Hopefully new doors will open and new and amazing people will enter into our lives.

For the past two weeks, I have slowly been packing....and oddly enough today...as I look at empty walls and mounds of boxes..I have begun to feel sad...as I know I may never see or hear from some people again.

However, that is life... a journey. My life will change and my art will evolve. I hope Milwaukee's art and gay community will be as accepting and as kind to me as Chicago's!

Boys....move those paitings and boxes...they're in MAMA's way! No Rest. No Play!
