Kenosha or Bust!
Traffic on 94 may have been a bitch, but it was great to have our friends, Joseph and Jim, make the extra effort to come up and visit this weekend from Chicago. With their 5 month old son, Aidan, in tow, it was great to have another “family” around.
Dinner at Popeye's in Lake Geneva on Sat. and a stroll through the Prime Outlet Malls on Sunday was a great way to spend the weekend. I am most certain that we got double takes from people passing by, as it is most uncommon to see 4 men and 3 toddlers at hand.
Mark said it best, when he stated that this was a demographic people have not really planned for. I wonder what the gentlemen who said, "You guys are doing the daddy thing right!" would say if he knew we were all gay!

believe it or not, the only one to spill anything at dinner was ERIC!
Should we be surprised?
hey, don't be putting family in quotation marks, Mr. Sosa-Kirby!!
You guys are more a family than most! Mwah!

Bull-Shit!
Having grown up in the city, noise is something you just get used to. It’s not until you have guests staying overnight that you realize, oh yeah, maybe the buses and cars are a bit loud, especially if you are used to only birds and crickets chirping outside your house.
OMG…Add bull frogs to the fuckin’ list!
I’ve always thought of myself as a heavy sleeper and having had an apartment on Broadway at one point in my life, I thought no noise could possibly keep me from sleeping. I was dead wrong.
To me, the ribbits of a bullfrog at night are like Chinese water torture. You think you can handle the noise, but after 15 minutes or so, I just want to throw a Jimmy Choo stiletto out the window in hopes that I would kill at least one those Ranidae family members.
But, oddly enough, as I was watering the lawn today, guess what jumped out of the way, but Kermit the frog's cousin. However, because I do have somewhat of a heart, a small one non-the -less, I did not kill it. Instead, I gave Cole and Parker a lesson on nature and the awesomeness of what life is.
OK...so, I do take some of this back..a small part. The frogs don't say "ribbit." The say MwUAmP MwUAmP...and I just want to say ...The Swap is over THERE!!
