Hillary Clinton
I really wanted her to win the nomination. I just think she could do a better job than Obama. The democrats are so split apart on this that I wonder...what would happen to the Hillary fans if she isn't going to be a running mate for VP? I am afraid that she might end up another Al Gore...a wasted presidency. Al Gore would have been better president than Bush. I'm not even sure if I want to vote for Obama if Hillary is not in the ticket as well. She really needs to be up there now. Obama could have waited a bit.
I agree it stinks being a Hillary supporter in this Obama saturated town. Hillary is the most qualified and would be better at commander in chief. Obama I think has little experience, is too liberal, and is a bit elitist. He is not going to win the swing states or the states that will go Red in the fall. Oh well, here comes another Carter!

Sex and the City
I must say. One of my guilty pleasures is watching Sex in the City. I'm not like everyone else though and do not follow the show regularly. But whenever I get a chance to watch, really do give it some attention. I saw the movie last Saturday. I friend of a friend gave us tickets to see it and it was sold out. Of course, in the theatre I was surrounded by women. There were some men but I'm sure some of them were not too happy about being there. They are those significant others of th Sex fan who were dragged in to see it. But you know...I think it was all worth it. The story line was somewhat predictable but it still kept me on my toes. The emotions the scenes expressed were quite...intense. And the best part about the wedding was it was about love and not religion. I wonder if I ever fall in love like how they show it in the movie. I know it's idealistic...but I can dream about it..yah know?
I heard there's going to be a sequel of the movie. I just hope it holds up to the expectations.

St. Louis and back
It wasn't really that bad. But I was right about it...it was dead.
The cool thing about it though that I just learned was the city just had it's first casino on land. They have laws that casino are not allowed on land and can only be on water...much like here in Chicago. But the casino was built anyway...you know why? It's because the engineers built it on water. At the site they actually put water below the building so it complies with the code requirement. Now I'm not sure how specific the code was but there it is...standing on land...but really on water. Those are some smart people that worked on the casino.
I also visited the Union Station. And now it is an indoor mall...a big boring indoor mall. I've never seen so many stores that sell the state shirts...and everything was local except for footlocker. Some one needs to revive that city. If only I was part of the city planning department for St Louis. I could do lots of things..I think.
I've also read on wiki that St. Louis has the biggest Pride in the midwest? Is that true? Then again Chicago hasn't been all that great for the past three years I've been here.

What is up with the weather?
I can't get a regular workout schedule if the weather keeps up like this. Talk about global warming. One day it's warm as hell then it is cold the next day. Oi!
Today is the bahzillionth day of working on my apartment...oh when will it end?

48 HOURS: Polygamy
I'm currently watching this show about polygamy. I'm not so much surprised about the idea of polygamy but I do know this...child abuse and neglecting one person's rights are wrong.
What was happening in the Ranch is certainly wrong to me. It did seem like it was a cult. I was shocked to
know that the other wives qualify for food stamps because the government consider them as single wives. This Warren Jeffs is certainly a hardcore kinda guy.
The show also showed a section where there are polygamist outside of the organization who are living the "typical" lives except for one thing..polygamy. Now I personally do not think that it is wrong if tens of women want to share one man..that is their own choice as adults. And as long at they treat their children with love, give them respect, and allow them their rights...just as those women in the show were saying..then I am okay with it. And even if my views were against their views as polygamist..I really would not give a damn about what they do as long as they are not harming other people.
A family today does not just mean a father, a mother, a son, and a daughter. It is a unit of love, respect, and happiness. It shouldn't matter how many and what kinds of members are there is the family.
I reallt do not understand how people live their lives and regard their own lives as the only way of living. When someone's views, beliefs, and perspective is shoved down to my throat, it pisses me off a lot. I just watched that movie that Glenn Close starred in as a member of the Army. The part when someone confronted her with anger and judged her and basically told her she's going to hell, I felt the same way her character did. And I asked...why are those people angry at her and they do not even know her? I know I do not want to be judged just because of how my life is (it's not a lifestyle...it is just life). I do not like how some straight people call gay people an abomination. I do not like how some gay people I've met have always thought that there is no such thing as bisexuality...(that just sounds hypocritical to me). I do not like how our laws are partially influenced by religious views. They all say that the church and the state are always separated but it sure does not seem to be that way. Why can't we all live our lives differently and live them in harmony?
So my views..in brief...
Couples? Yes. Monogamous, Open, whatever.
Orientation? Bisexual...I'm not going to let a piece of meat or lack there of determine my own sexuality.
Threesome? Open..it would be difficult though. All 6 ways of attraction etc etc should be present...5 or less is not acceptable.
More than 3? now that just being greedy. Too hard to manage...
Polygamy? I think I would be considered "NOT APPLICABLE" because I think the definition of that is "one man many women" (not so sure if it is also one woman many men). If I would live a life of a polygamist..I'd rather have ALL genders to be present..hahaha..(they now say that there's more than 2 genders...that's what Hedwig said).
Ugh...my head hurts...darn that show!
