Todd Stroger
I was at the forum where Todd Stoger, the President of the Cook County board wanted community input or in reality, where he wanted to prove to people that he knows better regarding a clinical trial for an HIV vaccine to be held at the CORE Center.
He was 45 minutes late and offered no apologies.
Only his ignorance came across along with his total lack of understanding what all is involved.
Frequently when people were asking questions, he'd whisper to his lackey.

Day 1
Starting yet antother blog or personal (albiet public)web site about ME isn't easy.
What to put here? Who really reads this or even cares?
